The goodness about the care given today was to make me notice my anxiety, but if I don't go outside my comfort zone I will never be able to control or know when it starts. Also to show me that I am capable person I was/will be.

The care given today was all about how to take my feelings from the bottom of my stomach and when they were sad happy or angry emotions. I could feel when the anxiety was hitting from. I have to know when the anxiety starts to get high I have to step back and relax then start again. the good thing is that I can have these emotions because they are all part of the anxiety process of realising I have to gain control and be stronger.
